Butter Braid Fundraiser

Just in time for the holiday season we are hosting our annual Butter Braid Fundraiser! This year we are raising funds for playground improvements! It is a great time to make your holiday baking easier and to support a very worthwhile cause!

Small Characters Fall Open House
11/9 10-2 pm
Calling all kids 3-12 years old! Come check out what makes us so special. Meet our amazing staff. Tour our facilities. Enjoy some fall activities! Enroll in our preschool program (ages 3-5) or our school age program (5-12) for Thanksgiving and Winter Break camps. Get informatio on the Universal Preschool program as well as Summer Camp 2026!

Thanksgiving Break Camp Open for Enrollment
Thanksgiving Break Camp reservations are now open for the week of November 24-26th! We have room in our preschool as well as school age programs. We will be open Monday through Wednesday of that week from 6:30 am to 6:00 pm. In observance of the Thanksgiving holiday we will be closed on Thursday November 27 and Friday November 28. We are a play-based fun and educational preschool program. We focus on the whole child: social/emotional, cognitive and physical development. We offer flexible scheduling to meet your family’s needs starting at 2 days a week. Schedule a tour today to see what we have to offer!

Before and After Care
With a wide range of activities including arts and crafts, imaginative play and physical activities, our staff will engage with your children.

Summer Camp
We offer a fun action-packed summer of amazing activities, field trips and memories your children will cherish. Our staff is ready to make this an amazing experience. We are currently busy planning for another amazing summer camp for 2026 for our Preschool Adventure Summer Camp and our School Age Summer Camp.

Small Characters is now going through the Colorado Shines Quality Rating and Improvement Program!
The Colorado Shines Quality Rating and Improvement Program is a system that works with all licensed childcare facilities in the state of Colorado to help improve the overall quality of care provided to kids ages birth through 5. Centers can choose to go through this very rigorous process. Small Characters started this process last August. We are very excited to be a part of Colorado Shines! We are excited to announce our Fall Open House will be on November 9th from 10-2 pm. It is a great time to tour our facility and meet our wonderful teachers. Hero Kids Sports will be there doing a demo of what they offer our kids. We will also be enrolling for Thanksgiving and Winter Break Full Day Camps as well as our Universal Preschool Program.
